If you are under 18 and travelling to Taiwan, you need a notarised letter of parental consent, a travel authorisation stamped by the embassy, a documented return flight, and a copy of a parent’s passport.
You must obtain a physical visa in advance before travelling to Taiwan; apply at an embassy or consulate. Taiwan keeps no embassy in Ukraine; the nearest Taiwanese embassy for Ukrainians is in China. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry. You must have travel insurance, which is a condition of entry.
On arrival immigration may ask to see proof of sufficient funds for your stay. You may be asked to present a return flight and a hotel booking. Carry the physical visa and your passport when you pass through border control.
